How to use

1. Application: Apply a small amount of Vicks Vaporub directly to the chest, throat, and back.
2. Steam Inhalation (Adults & Children > 6 years): Add 1-2 teaspoons of Vicks Vaporub to a bowl of hot water (not boiling).
3. Steam Inhalation (Cont.): Cover your head with a towel to form a tent over the bowl and gently lean over the bowl to inhale the vapors.
4. Steam Inhalation (Cont.): Gently inhale for 10-15 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times per day.
